Osborne Celebrates the Official Launch of Its Ottawa Office with Irish Minister of State, Timmy Dooley

Osborne marked the official launch of its Ottawa office on St. Patrick’s Day at the Embassy of Ireland. We were honored to have Minister of State Timmy Dooley officially cut the Osborne ribbon at the residence of the Ambassador of Ireland to Canada, John Concannon. The event was attended by key members of our team, including Jennifer Lefebvre, Sales & Recruitment Director, and Jasmine Sahansra, Senior Recruitment Consultant, as we celebrated this exciting milestone in Osborne’s expansion.

Speaking at the official launch of Osborne Ottawa Sales & Recruitment Director, Jennifer Lefebvre said “We are delighted to officially open our second Canadian office in Canada’s beautiful capital! This additional location allows us to continue pairing top-tier talent with best in brand companies throughout Ontario and Canada. Our newest office in Ottawa will be a sister office to our established location in downtown Toronto.”

Founded in Ireland, Osborne has been on a remarkable growth trajectory since 2013, when Shóna McManus took the helm as owner and CEO. Under her leadership, the company has grown from a small team of six staff and 23 temporary workers to one of Ireland’s largest Irish-owned, self-funded recruitment consultancies, with a team of 70 Osbornites across 11 locations.

Osborne first expanded into Canada in 2018 with the opening of its Toronto office, driven by increasing demand from Canadian clients. The success of Osborne Toronto paved the way for further growth, leading to the establishment of the Ottawa office as the company continues to strengthen its presence in the Canadian market.
