Recruitment Consultancy Branch Manager- Toronto

Osborne we are specialist Recruitment Consultancy located in Downtown Toronto. Within the group we have 5 offices in Ireland. Our Toronto team have been in working in the local market and have had had great success with clients since the office opened its doors.  Now we are seeking a Branch Manager from a Consultancy / Agency background who is excited about taking our Toronto business  to the next level.

The core objective of the role will be to ensure delivery of  the Office Financial and business objectives.

  • Delivery and achieve agreed business objectives for the Toronto office aligned to our 2022 strategy
  • Successfully run your own Recruitment desk, leading by example to your team
  • Responsible for Leadership and development of your Recruitment & Support teams.
  • Ensure delivery of KPI and other business metrics.
  • Champion Osborne processes and procedures
  • Delivery of a truly excellent Customer service to all our customers.
  • Promote Osborne Toronto business and our services to include Permanent, Contract & Temporary solutions
  • Networking during and after hours within Business Networks.

Experience:

  • Proven recruitment Consultancy / Agency experience in the Canadian market
  • Min of 3-4 years Leadership experience with the Recruitment Industry.
  • A passion for Recruitment and excellent Client delivery
  • Truly seeking an opportunity to drive out the team performance to achieve business objectives
  • Energetic, interested in being part of an innovative and growing firm with a huge vision.
  • Accountable individual who achieves targets & deadlines consistently on time and delivers accurate forecasts and numbers.

Remuneration:

The salary offered will reflect the experience of the successful applicant.
