Outbound Telesales Executive
Osborne – Award winning Recruitment Consultancy who provide excellent Recruitment Solutions, due to business growth we would like to hire an experienced Telesales Executive to join our award winning team. The role will be to proactively target organisations, promoting our high quality Recruitment Services with a Consultative sales approach.
- Prospecting and mapping out demographics and finding firms who need to partner with a Recruitment Consultancy.
- Through a range of Business Development methods including making outbound cold calls, following up on warm leads to Identify organisations to partner with in the Toronto area promoting our Recruitment solutions.
- Work to and consistently achieve daily / weekly / monthly financial and KPI objectives as agreed
- networking events Assist the Recruitment team to develop relationships with the business committees through gathering market information & awareness of
- Creation of an extensive customer database.
- Be a brand ambassador for the Osborne in Toronto area.
- Good Basic Salary

- 2-3 years’ experience in a B2B Telesales role
- Proven experience in achievement of Sales targets through proactive Business development
- Perhaps you are passionate about the Recruitment Industry but prefer to focus on Client Development
- Excellent follow up skills, with a strong sense of urgency and Client focus.
- Fluency in written & spoken English language skills.
- Resident & fully authorised to work in Toronto.
