We are currently recruiting for a Finance and Events Coordinator to join a Global Food / CPG client based in Toronto.   
This role will be ideal for a strong Communications person who can also work in a finance administration capacity. The main responsibility will be managing meetings and events for the Finance function and maintaining a high level of communications to deliver the vision of the function to the wider business. You will be very creative with strong digital skills in preparing documentation.

You as the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Administrative support – Working alongside Senior Finance professionals to manage calendars and organise meetings
  • Planning events – Plan and manage events for the Finance function and keep continuity with the functions vision
  • Supporting Communications – Prepare PowerPoint presentations for the Finance function. Presenting effective communications material.
  • Supporting ad hoc projects when required
You as the ideal candidate will require:
  • Completion of a Degree – Communications desirable
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Administrative role
  • Communications experience
  • Outstanding computer skills – Microsoft Office
