IT Sales Executive
We are urgently hiring an IT Sales Executive for our client, a fast-growing and innovative technology firm that provides Intelligent Technology services to reduce risk and save time for clients. A high-performance outsourced IT department for more than 50 companies across the GTA, they need a dynamic sales “hunter” who can thrive in a high-performance, fun environment while helping expand the client base through effective business development strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Sales Activities
- Develop new client pipelines through proactive outreach, including calling, emailing, social selling, and networking.
- Meet business owners to present tailored technology solutions to address business challenges.
- Build relationships with decision-makers, understand IT needs and present proactive solutions.
- Attend networking events, leverage social media to enhance outreach and business connections.
- Use HubSpot CRM to manage client interactions and maintain communication with prospects.
- Conduct follow-ups on leads and previously engaged contacts to advance sales opportunities.
- Sales Strategy & Process
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to strategize on growing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to evaluate progress and refine strategies.
- Develop sales presentations and proposals tailored to specific client needs.
- Client Solution Development
- Identify key decision-makers and potential clients through research.
- Understand business challenges and position technology solutions that fit within the organization’s service offering.
- Use video and other creative means to convey the proactive value of the organization’s services.
- Post-Sales Support and maintenance of relationships with clients after closing deals to ensure satisfaction and explore future opportunities.
Requirements:
- Over four years of experience in IT sales, with demonstrated success in closing deals.
- Strong understanding of IT business development processes and passion for using technology to solve business challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in engaging with CEOs and business owners within the IT sector.
- Very high proficiency with social media, video marketing, and CRM tools like HubSpot, etc.
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to meet and exceed activity and performance goals.
- Ambitious, persistent, and comfortable working in a team-oriented, high-performance environment.
- A growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven atmosphere and enjoy building relationships with decision-makers.
