Key Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver new sales within a set list of existing, strategic existing customer accounts
  • Account base will consist of both longer term and recently closed accounts at a global level
  • Senior contact expansion within IT, Security, HR, Sales, and Finance Teams to qualify new opportunities within new departments/countries/end clients
  • Work alongside Technical Account Managers and Technical Support at delivering high impact demos
  • Uncover Upsell and cross sell opportunities within both existing and new product suite to move opportunities through the sales cycle to big close wins!
  • Synthesize customer feedback to provide market intelligence and proposed product innovations to the wider team to ensure our continued position as a lead innovator in our field.

Experience Required

  • 5+ years in a sales role, ideally in the software industry
  • You have regularly hit and exceeded your sales targets
  • You are a natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, maturity and able to adapt and present well to a range of senior contacts
  • You understand the needs of worldwide companies and how to strategically plan how you can make a positive impact
  • You are an organised, strategic, and creative individual who consistently thinks of new ideas and new ways of selling
  • You can work effectively with non-sales colleagues, especially in IT, Technical Support and Development
  • You have experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce
  • You are eligible to live and work in the EU at time of application
  • You have native or equivalent command of the English language (written and verbal)
