• Record results of candidates’ skills testing on Bullhorn file

• Prepare and print all CVs and interview forms for consultants’ registration interviews

• Ensure Osborne’s SLA’s are followed in relation to front of house management

• Online Advertising and E-Marketing

• Proof-read job advertisements and post online daily

• Edit any job adverts as needed to ensure accuracy and professionalism, as they represent both company and client. Including any key words to maximize selling ability on searches

• Monitor daily responses for all jobs online and proactively seek to improve adverts and update relevant recruiter

• Renewing job adverts to ensure they appear current to jobseekers

• Collate and distribute weekly e-shots and e-marketing campaigns with the Recruitment Team

• Accurately add client contact information to Bullhorn

• Format all CVs to a high standard as required by the Consultants.

• Assist Recruitment Team, where required, to update information.

• Follow the required guidelines regarding template, font etc. ensuring accuracy while parsing candidate CVs to the database

• Manage the Online Chat function on the Osborne site during scheduled days and the info@osborne email address, as required.

• Ensure all Online queries are dealt with in a prompt, professional, helpful and friendly manner

• Complete reference checking of candidates, where required

• Liaise with all Temps and Contractors to ensure their temp files are up to date with all relevant documentation

• Perform a weekly audit of temp files and Agency Workers Directive (AWD) forms

• Maintain Temp hard copy files, where required

• Perform weekly audits on References and Terms of Business

• Updating Attendance Report daily

• Provide ‘light’ technical support duties to all office staff, and act as the main point of contact for all issues in relation to IT and office hardware, and schedule any IT support or visits, where required

• Order office stationery and supplies accordingly

• General upkeep of office and kitchen areas, ensuring areas are neat and presentable

• Prepare and organize marketing materials for networking events, client briefings and expos

• Make appointments for consultants and recruitment administration, as required

• Support the Finance Manager with administrative tasks

• Ad hoc administration duties and project support, as required


• A relevant Business, Marketing or Associate Degree

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Recruitment consultancy or business/professional environment

A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)

Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

Exceptional administration and organization skills with a focus on attention to detail

Ability to plan and prioritize own workload, based on business requirements

Previous experience working with and managing social media sites / accounts and E-marketing campaigns

Proficient IT skills, with the capability to provide light technical support, is an asset
