Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment; partnering and recruiting for top tier Clients
- Using multiple methods of sourcing and recruiting Candidates through traditional and digital methods of sourcing Candidates; creating job postings, attracting talent using social media
- Interacting with job Candidates both in-person and virtually; screening, interviewing and supporting Candidates through Client interview processes
- Maintaining detailed records of recruitment and account activities on Bullhorn
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified job Candidates during “off-peak” times – in anticipation of upcoming job openings
- Developing and working with key Client accounts – retaining, developing and growing Client base by providing the highest level and most efficient and effective recruitment service at all times
Requirements:
- Professional, personable nature with a passion for working with people, a strong ability to build relationships with Client, and an ability to understand and deliver on Client staffing requirements
- A minimum of five years of experience/knowledge of high-volume recruitment
- Completion of post-secondary education
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to build long-term and trusting business relationships with team
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, being held accountable for achieving targets and deadlines consistently, through time-management and prioritization
- Determination, ambition, positive energy and an attitude to succeed, with the ability to see the bigger picture
- Prior CRM and ATS systems experience and the ability to maximize usage across multiple interfaces, is an asset
