Osborne Recruitment is expanding and seeking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join their growing Toronto team.   • 3+ years full cycle recruitment experience
  • 1 year in a similar role or work experience in a recruitment firm/agency (Asset)
  • Experience using multiple methods of sourcing and recruiting candidates and multiple IT, AI and CRM systems (Bullhorn – Asset)
  • Experience managing clients and building relationships
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, being held accountable for achieving targets and deadlines consistently, through time management and prioritization
  • Completion of post-secondary education
  • Excellent communication, time management, prioritizing, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Independent, team player, accountable, professional, personable, problem-solver & relationship builder


  • Full cycle recruitment, screen, interview and conduct reference checks
  • Create job postings and use multiple methods of sourcing/recruiting candidates for live roles and to build a pool of candidates
  • Support candidates during the client interview process in-person and virtually
  • Maintain detailed records of recruitment and account activities in the database
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates in anticipation of upcoming positions
  • Attend client meetings to attain roles and needs
  • Negotiate terms and fees with new and existing clients in line with company policy
  • Client development – Identify and follow up business leads, develop and retain new clients/ business supported by a Business Development Manager, Client Services Manager, and internal marketing department
