Working with our Client, a growing Commercial Real Estate and Business Law practice group, located in Toronto, Ontario, we are currently hiring a Commercial/Condominium Real Estate Law Clerk. The ideal Candidate will be working with the firm’s Commercial Real Estate group, working for a variety of clients including major banks, private lenders and commercial investors, and will be ready to take their career to the next level.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Starting compensation from $75,000 per year

  • Assist with the structuring and completion of complex real estate and land development transactions, on behalf of firm’s commercial and condominium real estate clients
  • Involvement in all aspects of condominium projects, related sales and disclosure documentation, as well as all aspects of commercial purchases, sales, and financings
  • Prepare and draft land development paperwork including the acquisition of land, municipal applications, and agreements
  • Manage individual purchases from onset to completion, including reporting and accounting matters
  • Maintain extensive filing system and Client databases
  • Prepare reporting letters and reports, and manage various routine administrative details


  • 5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate and Condominium Law
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, proficiency in Aderant (Asset)
  • Handle files independently or as part of a team
  • Detailed oriented nature, with a willingness to learn new techniques
  • Motivated, independent self-starter, with effective time management skills
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingualism in French (Asset)
