Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Personal Injury Billings Clerk to join a leading Law Firm based in Brampton. This role will support the firm’s lawyers and clerks on billings, accounts payable and other adhoc admin duties.

 
You as the ideal candidate will be responsible for:
  • Generating and revising pre-bills and invoices
  • Billing duties including adjustments, reversals, and write-offs
  • Processing payments and preparing receipts
  • Preparing WIP and A/R reports
  • Financial recordkeeping and reporting in cooperation with Bookkeeper
  • Data entry, filing, scanning/copying, and organizing records
  • Respond to billing inquiries and billing transactions
 
You as the ideal candidate will require:
  • Experience working in a Personal Injury law firm
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong billings and finance knowledge
  • Excellent organisational skills
